All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. cuka22 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of any deposit method before processing a withdrawal.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus funds, will result in forfeiture and account review.

To register and use the cuka22 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:
Age Verification: cuka22 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time. Where a Player cannot demonstrate that they meet the 21+ requirement, their account will be suspended immediately and any balance held will be returned to the verified payment method on file, minus any winnings derived from wagers placed while underage.
Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1 ) active account on the cuka22 Platform at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. cuka22 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by any other person who has gained access to your credentials — will be treated as your own action and will be subject to these Terms.
You must notify cuka22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. cuka22 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Account Dormancy: An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. cuka22 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cuka22 holds its primary operating license.
In the event of any dispute between you and cuka22, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract under applicable law.
